Our Properties

The Charity owns 45 one bedroom, unfurnished bungalows and flats at 7 locations in Kendal. Some are situated in the town centre whilst the remainder are within walking distance of the town with easy access to regular bus services.

The properties are all well maintained and refurbished, to a high standard, for new occupants. We take advice from Occupational Therapists and Social Services to adapt our properties to meet the needs of the individual occupant, to ensure that if they become less mobile they can continue to live independently, in their own home, for as long as possible.
